Temperance Hall Venue Hire
Temperance Hall is available to hire for rehearsals, exhibitions, photography and video-shoots, private functions, symposiums and much more.

We have two spaces available to hire, our Main Hall and our Upstairs Studio. Scroll for the technical specifications of each space.
Steps to Hire Temperance Hall
Step 1.
Check our venue availability & create a Skedda Account
Skedda is an online space-booking service that allows our hirers to see what spaces are available at any given time.
You’re not booking space directly in Skedda yet (we’ll do that our end). Temperance Hall will not confirm your booking until you have registered a Skedda account, confirmed it via email and added your payment details

Step 2.
Complete our Venue Hire Enquiry Form
Once you’ve checked out our spaces and available times, send us some more information about our booking by completing our Venue Hire Enquiry Form. The Venue Hire Enquiry Form asks different questions regarding the nature of your hire and will automatically generate a quote based on your booking details.
We will confirm your booking and next steps via email, please allow 4-5 business days.

Main Hall
An open-plan space with a small theatrical stage opposite the main entrance, framed by a simple proscenium arch.
The Main Hall features high ceilings, large windows, efficient heaters, and is wheelchair accessible.

Upstairs Studio
A unique light-filled space, perfect for reherasals, photography shoots, meetings, workshops and intimate functions. Featuring high ceilings, wooden floorboards and heritage details.
